Registration

Pre-registration is closed. You can register on site beginning at 7:30am on Tuesday, August 11, 2009.

All participants in the meeting sessions and meal functions must be registered. Only registered participants will be allowed in sessions. There is no registration fee for this meeting. If you plan to bring a guest to the meal function, you can purchase a ticket at the registration table.

Registration Confirmation

You will automatically receive a confirmation email showing you have successfully registered for the meeting. If you do not receive the email within the same day, please check your spam box.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration please email Conference Services at CS@energetics.com as soon as your plans change. Seating arrangements and materials are planned according to attendance numbers and your advance notice of cancellation is appreciated.
