You can register online, by fax, or mail. Credit card payment is required for online registration. Payment must accompany the registration form if you are mailing your registration form.

- $195.00 – registered after April 23, 2010
The registration fee includes two continental breakfasts and two lunches.
Receipt for Your Registration
Your confirmation letter can be used as a receipt. You will automatically receive a confirmation email if you successfully submit payment at the time of registration. If you do not receive an email within the same day, please check your spam box. If you register by fax or mail you will receive a confirmation email when your registration is processed. Payment is required for the registration to be processed.
You can access a copy of your registration receipt at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

- All cancellations must be received in writing, by April 30, 2010 to receive a refund. A $35 processing fee will be charged. Email or fax to 410–423–2193.
- No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after April 30, 2010.
- Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee.
