Registration

Pre-registration for the workshop is required. Due to space limitations, participants will be included on a first-come-first-served basis. Maximum attendance is 200. Please note that, although they take place during the same week, the NEUP workshop and NEET workshop are separate events. You must register for each workshop individually.

All participants in the NEUP workshop sessions and meal functions must be registered for the workshop. Only registered participants will be allowed in sessions. If you plan to bring a guest to the meal function, you can purchase a ticket at the registration table.

Registration Confirmation

You will automatically receive a confirmation email showing you have successfully registered for the workshop. If you do not receive the email within the same day, please check your spam box.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, please email Conference Services at CS@energetics.com as soon as your plans change. Seating arrangements and materials are planned according to attendance numbers. Your advance notice of cancellation is appreciated.
